Shipping Information

Every order that we ship undergoes a thorough quality check to make sure that the product is in perfect condition and fits all requirements. 

Subject to our availability of article(s), address and payment verification, most orders shall be dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours/2 working days from the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. This e-mail will include a track & trace link which will allow you to keep following the progress of your delivery.

Normally, it will take between 2-5 working days for your package to be delivered at the desired location.

(However, it may occur that your package has been delayed due to unforeseeable events external to HALO.)


Shipping Costs

To keep things simple we offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €250.

Deliveries in Belgium are always free of shipping costs.

On orders under €250, a shipping fee will be applied depending on the destination country. 

In order to ensure the most accurate pricing, shipping costs, taxes and delivery fees while browsing, please select the desired shipping country and address


Duties & Taxes

We offer worldwide shipping with duties and taxes included for these countries where this is possible. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.

If duties and taxes are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
