About our Return Policy

This page gives more information about our policy for returns, exchanges and refunds.

 

Returns

HALO has a 14-day return policy. This means that the return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return:

- The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date

- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

- The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging

HALO reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

When all the requirements for a return are met, HALO will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost (if applicable). However, the return shipping fee is at expense of the customer.

If an item is returned from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. HALO is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

In case you want to initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team for further steps.

 

Refunds

We will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. If you return the complete order a refund will include the original shipping costs. In case of partial returns, this is not the case. We aim to refund you not later than 7 working days after receiving the returned item "in perfect unused condition with original tags attached and in its original packaging".
